Rolling Autos – Terms of Service, Liability Waiver & Service Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer (“Customer”) and Rolling Autos (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By scheduling service, requesting repairs, authorizing diagnostics, or allowing work to be performed by Rolling Autos, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Services

Rolling Autos provides mobile automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services at locations designated by the customer including residential properties, workplaces, parking lots, and roadside locations.

Services may include but are not limited to:

  • vehicle diagnostics

  • maintenance services

  • mechanical repair

  • electrical system repair

  • inspections

  • installation of automotive components

Rolling Autos reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time for safety, legal, or operational reasons.


2. Service Authorization

By requesting service, the Customer authorizes Rolling Autos to:

• inspect the vehicle
• perform diagnostic testing
• operate the vehicle as necessary
• perform the authorized repair or maintenance work

The Customer further authorizes Rolling Autos technicians to start, move, reposition, or test drive the vehicle when necessary to diagnose or verify repairs.


3. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing provided through the website, phone, or messaging is an estimate based on the information provided by the Customer.

Final pricing may vary due to:

  • incorrect vehicle information

  • previously unknown mechanical issues

  • hidden damage

  • rusted or seized components

  • additional labor required

  • parts availability or pricing changes

Rolling Autos will attempt to notify the Customer before performing additional work that exceeds the original estimate.


4. Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic services involve investigation and testing to determine the cause of a vehicle issue.

The Customer understands and agrees that:

  • diagnostics may require partial disassembly

  • diagnostics do not guarantee identification of all vehicle issues in a single inspection

  • additional diagnostic work may be required

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once diagnostic work has begun.


5. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• provide accurate vehicle information
• disclose known vehicle issues
• ensure the vehicle is accessible and legally parked
• ensure the work location is safe and suitable

Rolling Autos reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the work environment is unsafe.

Examples include:

  • active traffic hazards

  • unsafe ground conditions

  • hazardous materials

  • unsafe weather conditions


6. Customer-Supplied Parts

If the Customer provides parts for installation:

  • Rolling Autos does not guarantee the quality or compatibility of customer-supplied parts

  • no warranty is provided on labor associated with customer-supplied parts

  • labor charges still apply even if the part fails or is incorrect

Rolling Autos reserves the right to refuse installation of customer-supplied parts.


7. Pre-Existing Damage

Rolling Autos shall not be held responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, including but not limited to:

  • worn components

  • rust or corrosion

  • prior accident damage

  • previous improper repairs

  • electrical faults

  • aftermarket modifications

Some repairs may reveal hidden issues that were not visible prior to service.


8. Rust, Seized Components & Vehicle Age

Vehicles may contain rusted, seized, or weakened components that may break during removal.

The Customer acknowledges that:

  • removal of aged components carries risk

  • additional labor or replacement parts may be required

Rolling Autos shall not be held liable for damage resulting from removal of rusted or seized components during normal repair procedures.


9. Test Driving and Vehicle Operation

To diagnose and verify repairs, Rolling Autos technicians may operate the vehicle.

By authorizing service, the Customer grants permission for Rolling Autos to:

  • start the engine

  • move the vehicle

  • perform road tests when necessary

All reasonable care will be taken during operation.


10. Mobile Service Limitations

Because services are performed in mobile environments, certain repairs may not be possible outside of a shop.

Rolling Autos reserves the right to recommend that a vehicle be transported to a repair facility if:

  • specialized equipment is required

  • environmental conditions prevent safe repairs

  • the repair cannot be safely completed on-site


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Rolling Autos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages, including but not limited to:

  • loss of vehicle use

  • loss of income

  • towing costs

  • rental vehicle expenses

  • travel disruption

In all cases, Rolling Autos’ maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the service giving rise to the claim.


12. No Guarantee of Future Performance

Automotive repairs address specific identified issues.

Rolling Autos does not guarantee that additional mechanical failures will not occur after service.

Vehicles are complex systems, and unrelated failures may occur at any time.


13. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • Rolling Autos provides no express warranty on labor or repairs

  • parts warranties are limited to manufacturer policies

Rolling Autos makes no guarantees regarding the longevity of repairs due to factors including:

  • vehicle age

  • maintenance history

  • driving conditions

  • aftermarket modifications


14. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation

Customers are expected to provide reasonable notice when canceling appointments.

Rolling Autos reserves the right to charge a service call fee or cancellation fee if:

  • the technician arrives and the customer is unavailable

  • the vehicle is not accessible

  • the service cannot be performed due to customer circumstances


15. Abandoned Vehicles

Rolling Autos shall not be responsible for vehicles left unattended after service completion.

Once work has been completed and the Customer has been notified, responsibility for the vehicle returns to the Customer.


16. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rolling Autos and its employees from claims arising from:

  • inaccurate information provided by the Customer

  • unsafe service locations

  • illegal vehicle modifications

  • failure to disclose known mechanical issues


17. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any legal disputes arising from services provided by Rolling Autos shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Georgia.


18. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling service, requesting repairs, or allowing work to be performed, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • they have read these Terms of Service

  • they understand the risks associated with vehicle repair

  • they voluntarily agree to these terms

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and Rolling Autos regarding services performed.


Important Legal Notice

Customers may also be required to sign a service authorization form or invoice containing these terms before work begins.
